"I am not one to share my fears with people I do not know, I am doing so now because I think my experience may help someone else who shares my fear when it comes to exercising and losing weight.

 

I have been struggling with weight gain since my hysterectomy in 2000. I have tried many different weight loss products and programs. I have never had much success with any of them.

 

I have wanted to get in better physical shape as well as lose weight and tone up some before our youngest daughter’s wedding. So being terrified and uncomfortable to exercise period, let alone in front of other people I met with Tanya for a one on one consultation. I was honest with Tanya about my fears. I decided to make a change in my life and signed up for private personal training with Tanya. I am now on my third 6 week session and feel great!

 

I am no longer terrified to work out in front of other people. I am no longer afraid I can’t do it. Everybody at the gym had to start at some point in time. Some are my best role models or support systems. Have I lost 50 pounds? No. I have lost weight but more importantly I was able to order a size smaller for our daughter’s wedding. My clothes fit differently, I eat better and I feel so much better about myself.

 

I also want you to think about something the next time you tell yourself you are too busy to work out or meet with Tanya. I am a business owner who works at least 40 hours a week. I am involved in the community and have a family. I want you to ask yourself this “Why do I not deserve some me time”. Your life will be forever changed once you make the commitment to exercise and get healthy.

 

I have a long way to go on my weight loss journey, but with Tanya as my trainer, I know I can do anything. If you are currently one of Tanya’s clients, you know firsthand what a gift we have in Tanya, nobody will ever support you or encourage you like she does. When I struggle, she is there. When I succeed she is there. When I am crying tears of joy over a dropped dress size, she cries with me.

 

Is it easy, no! Do I still eat things I shouldn’t, yes! Do I start each day differently now, YES! Thank you Tanya, what you do every day makes such a difference. Thank you for believing in me."
