SERVICES

Find what works for you.  You may prefer one on one instruction or group settings.  Whatever it may be, we have made a variety of programs available for you.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Your session may be an hour long or a shorter half-hour long, and it may vary from two times a week or three.  We will focus on your needs, but also address other issues that may be present to help you achieve optimal health & wellness results.  You will learn proper form and technique, along with important nutritional guidelines. 

           SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

This option is perfect for those who enjoy the social aspect.  This is a less expensive option to personal training.  Our popular program is "Women on Weights," also known as "W.O.W."  This class is designed to teach the basics and importance of weight training, using proper form and technique and targeting all major muscle groups.  ​

           GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS

           AGILITY SPORTS TRAINING

 

Designed for the athlete.  This class will incorporate plyometric and core training.  The emphasis is on sport specific activity, using lateral movements, vertical jumps, sprints, agility, and core strength.  This class is intense and involves consent from parents.

           NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
