10 Sessions:  ½ hour=$320  1 hour=$680

      SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Women on Weights (W.O.W.)

Basic strength training class designed for function, fitness, and fun.  Learn proper techniques and design for exercise.  All classes are 6 weeks long-watch for start dates.  $45/6-weeks.  (30 min.)

Monday/Wednesday:  9:00-9:30 A.M.

Monday/Wednesday:  5:45-6:15 P.M.

In Gear

​Advanced small group personal training class, utilizing various methods of strength training.  Cardio intervals also incorporated into the workout.  $50/6 weeks (30 min.)  ​
